AIK and Mjällby AIF shared the points after a goalless match at Råsunda in the Allsvenskan on Sunday afternoon. The match was intense and physically tough from start to finish, with both teams desperate to secure their first victory of the season.

AIK started strong, creating several chances in the opening minutes, but failed to find the back of the net. Walid Atta received an early warning in the second minute after a tough tackle on a Mjällby player.

Mjällby responded immediately and pressured AIK hard, but Kenny Pavey also picked up a warning after a rash challenge on an opponent.

The match continued at a high tempo with several fierce duels in midfield. AIK substituted in Pontus Engblom in the 75th minute to bolster their attack, while Mjällby brought in David Löfquist to strengthen their midfield and keep the ball away from their own goal.

With only eight minutes left in the match, Mjällby replaced Johan Svensson with William Arrhenius Leandersson to give him a chance to make a difference on the left flank. Bojan Djordjic received a warning for foul play, and Tobias Grahn was cautioned for a similar offense on the opposite side.

The final minutes were intense, with desperate attempts from both teams to clinch the match. Emanuel Widemarker was subbed in for Mjällby in the 90th minute to provide a last burst of energy on the offensive front.

But despite several close opportunities, only a few seconds remained when the referee blew the whistle. The final result was 0-0, a fair outcome in a tough and evenly contested match.

The crowd at Råsunda was impressive, with a strong turnout of 17,111 spectators, and referee Michael Lerjéus maintained control over the hard-fought duels throughout the match, assisted by Daniel Wärnmark and Lars Rönnmark. AIK and Mjällby leave the match with one point each and will continue their quest for victory in the Allsvenskan.
