Malmö FF faced BK Häcken at Swedbank Stadion in an exciting match in the Allsvenskan on Wednesday evening. In front of an audience of 11,127, it was clear that both teams would fight hard to secure the victory.

Malmö FF started strong and took the lead just seven minutes in when Edward Junior Ofere put the ball behind the opposing goalkeeper. BK Häcken, however, quickly recovered and equalized ten minutes later when Paulo José De Oliveira scored after a nice attack.

BK Häcken received a yellow card when De Oliveira made a tough tackle, but Malmö FF maintained the pressure and eventually earned a penalty in the 55th minute. Daniel Andersson took responsibility and put the ball in the net to regain the lead for Malmö FF.

Just two minutes later, Guillermo Federico Molins Palmeiro scored his team’s third goal, securing the victory for Malmö FF. BK Häcken brought on Vinicius Souto Lopes and Mathias Ranégie to try to create more chances, but Malmö FF held firm.

Malmö FF substituted Jeffrey Aubynn for Jimmy Durmaz in the 75th minute, and Daniel Larsson received a yellow card two minutes later. Ivo Dominik Pekalski replaced Wilton Figueiredo for Malmö FF, while Waris Majeed came on for Marcus Daniel Jarlegren for BK Häcken in the 87th minute.

Malmö FF substituted Guillermo Federico Molins Palmeiro for Jiloan Mohamed Hamad in the final moments of the match, but it did not help BK Häcken to come back. Malmö FF won the match 3-1, strengthening their second place in the table, while BK Häcken fell to third place. Referee Jonas Eriksson, assisted by Fredrik Nilsson and Mehmet Culum, officiated the match excellently.
