Tobias Grahn received a yellow card in the 79th minute, and in the 82nd, Pavel Zavadil was substituted for Simon Nilsson. The match concluded with a brilliant goal from Anton Dahlström, who scored his second of the match after a pass from Ekenberg in the 89th minute.
The match ended 5-1 in favor of Mjällby AIF. David Löfquist and Marcus Ekenberg each scored two goals, while Anton Dahlström contributed one. Jakob Orlov scored the lone goal for Gefle IF FF. It remains to be seen what will happen next for the teams in their ongoing battle in the Allsvenskan.
