However, GAIS did not let this discourage them and responded through Eric Magloire Bassombeng, who scored in the 64th minute, assisted by Jonas Lindberg. Bassombeng also received a yellow card in connection with the goal.

The match seemed decided when Petter Gustafsson scored for Djurgården in the 90+1st minute, equalizing at 2-2, assisted by Peter Nymann Mikkelsen, but there was another yellow card in the final minute, this time for Djurgården’s Jani Lyyski.
The final result was 2-2 in a tight match where both teams fought hard and did not give up despite being behind. GAIS can be pleased with a point away, while Djurgården will likely feel that they should have won after playing so persistently throughout the match.
