Malmö FF faced IF Elfsborg in an exciting match at Swedbank Stadion in the Allsvenskan. The crowd was out in full force, with 11,333 spectators in the stands.
The match started evenly with good play from both teams, but it was Malmö that took the lead first. In the 32nd minute, Wilton Figueiredo scored a goal, putting Malmö FF in the driver's seat.

IF Elfsborg tried to substitute in Martin Ericsson and David Elm in hopes of turning the match around, but it didn't help. Malmö FF also made substitutions and put in a strong effort to maintain their lead.
In the 90th minute, Jesper Christiansen from IF Elfsborg received a yellow card, but it was too late for a comeback, and the match ended 2-1 in favor of Malmö FF.
Referee Martin Hansson and his assistant referees, Fredrik Nilsson and Magnus Sjöblom, kept a close eye on the game, and the match flowed smoothly without any issues. Malmö FF thanked their fans for their support and celebrated the victory at their home ground.
