Malmö FF hosted Helsingborgs IF in an exciting match at Swedbank Stadion in the Allsvenskan. With an audience of 23,638 and referee Jonas Eriksson along with assistant referees Stefan Wittberg and Mathias Klasenius, it was a match to look forward to.

Just 14 minutes into the game, Malmö took the lead with a goal from Daniel Larsson, assisted by Jiloan Mohamed Hamad. Helsingborg's defense struggled to hold up, and Malmö continued to maintain a strong grip on the match.

Only seven minutes later, Malmö extended their lead to 2-0 with a goal from Ivo Dominik Pekalski, assisted by Wilton Figueiredo. Helsingborg seemed to have little to counter with, and Malmö continued to dominate the game.

After 26 minutes, Malmö scored their third and final goal of the night, with a goal from Mathias Ranégie, assisted by Daniel Andersson. Helsingborg's attempts at a comeback were clearly thwarted by Malmö's strong performance.

At halftime, Helsingborg made a substitution, bringing in Erik Sundin for Alfred Finnbogason, but it did little to turn the game around. Helsingborg's Mattias Lindström received a yellow card after 47 minutes for the team, and Ricardo Ferreira da Silva received a yellow card for Malmö after 53 minutes.

Wilton Figueiredo received a yellow card for Malmö after 58 minutes before a series of substitutions occurred in the 66th minute. Malmö substituted Erik Friberg for Ivo Dominik Pekalski, while Helsingborg replaced Mattias Lindström with Daniel Nordmark and Rachid Bouaouzan for Alvaro Santos.

Malmö later substituted Jimmy Durmaz for Simon Thern after 85 minutes and Daniel Larsson for Alexander Nilsson Likourentzos after 87 minutes.

Helsingborg's Marcus Bergholtz received a yellow card after 90 minutes, but it did not change the final result of 3-0 in favor of Malmö for a well-executed match.
