IFK Göteborg’s new addition, Hannes Stiller, was one of several substitutes used during the match. Gefle IF FF also substituted two of their players in an effort to strengthen their position.
IFK Göteborg’s Kjetil Waehler received a yellow card in the 83rd minute, but it was too late for Gefle IF FF to regain control of the game for the remainder of the match.
The result means that IFK Göteborg now sits in second place in the table, while Gefle IF FF is in 13th place. At this stage of the season, it looks like IFK Göteborg will remain at the top of the league, while Gefle IF FF has much work to do to improve their standing.
