Malmö FF secured their league victory by defeating Syrianska FC 3-1 at Swedbank Stadion in front of an audience of 23,758. The match started so well for Malmö that it took them less than 15 minutes to open the scoring. Guillermo Federico Molins Palmeiro scored the goal after being assisted by Ricardo Ferreira Da Silva. Just three minutes later, Magnus Eriksson found the net, with the assist credited to Erik Friberg. Nineteen minutes into the match, Markus Halsti scored the goal that made it 3-0 after a pass from Jiloan Mohamed Hamad.
