Malmö FF faced BK Häcken at Swedbank Stadion in front of an audience of over 10,000 people. The match started with a high tempo, and just three minutes in, BK Häcken scored through Mostapha El Kabir. Only four minutes later, Häcken doubled their lead with another goal from the same player, assisted by Björn Anklev.

The match ultimately ended 1-2 in favor of BK Häcken, which is now in fourth place in Allsvenskan. Malmö FF, on the other hand, will have to regroup after this home defeat.
