Malmö FF - Örebro (3 - 2)
Match in Allsvenskan 2014
Match start: 2014-08-13 at 19:00
Venue: Swedbank Stadion
Attendance: 12,264

Malmö FF was already in the lead in Allsvenskan before they kicked off the match against Örebro on Wednesday evening at Swedbank Stadion in front of an audience of 12,264. However, it was the visiting team that started the match strongly as Alhassan A Haestad Kamara scored two goals for Örebro, the first just twelve minutes in, and the second seven minutes later.

Malmö FF, however, did not want to give up and made two substitutions during the halftime break, bringing Isaac Thelin and Simon Kroon onto the field instead of Amin Nazari and Piotr Johansson. Thelin made his presence known after an hour of play when he converted a penalty to give Malmö FF a glimmer of hope.

Örebro made two substitutions in response, and Malmö FF continued to fight. After 74 minutes, the team's second goal came, again by Thelin, this time with an assist from Emil Forsberg. With only two minutes left on the clock, Markus Rosenberg headed the ball to Eriksson, who then passed it back to Rosenberg for a shot that went into the goal, securing the win for Malmö FF.

The match was not without controversy, as Ricardo Ferreira Da Silva from Malmö FF and Markus Pode from Örebro both received yellow cards later in the game. Rosenberg also received a warning, but he was the one who scored the decisive goal for Malmö FF at the end of the match. With this victory, Malmö FF performed well and proved that they are still the team dominating the table in Allsvenskan.
