Örebro completed a surprising resounding victory over the home team Djurgården at Tele2 Arena in Allsvenskan on Monday evening. The match looked like it would be close, but Örebro's first goal came after 19 minutes through Alhassan A Haestad Kamara, with an assist from Robert Åhman Persson. Djurgården tried to come back into the match and made two substitutions, but Örebro scored their second goal just nine minutes into the second half when Marcus Pode headed the ball in with the help of Robert Åhman Persson's second assist of the evening. Djurgården now had to get back into the game, but could not break through Örebro's defense. Instead, it was Örebro who scored their third goal through Kalle Holmberg, assisted by... Robert Åhman Persson. With just a few minutes left in the match, Örebro substituted in another player to maintain their lead. The match ended 3-0, and Örebro moved up to sixth place in the table, while Djurgården remained in eighth place.
