In the 55th minute, Norrköping took a well-deserved lead when Arnor Traustason scored to make it 1-0 after a fine attacking play. Åtvidaberg fought on, and in the 61st minute, Victor Sköld managed to equalize the match to 1-1 after a nice attack from the right side.
However, IFK Norrköping FK wanted to do everything to secure the victory at home and made two substitutions just after the equalizing goal. This would prove to be a successful move as Christoffer Nyman scored to make it 2-1 for Norrköping in the 74th minute.
Åtvidaberg tried to come back, but it didn’t take long before Mauricio Albornoz Inola received his second warning and was sent off in the 86th minute. Åtvidaberg continued to push, but could not threaten Norrköping, and the match ended 2-1 in favor of the home team.
