This Monday evening at Kopparvallen in the Allsvenskan offered a real thriller between Åtvidabergs FF and Djurgården. The two teams were fighting to secure their first victory of the season, and it was the visiting Djurgården that started the strongest. In the 28th minute, Daniel Mikal Aas Berntsen scored to make it 0-1 after a nice pass from Nyasha Mushekwi.

But Åtvidabergs FF would not give up so easily. They continued to pressure, and in the 48th minute, they were rewarded with an equalizer scored by Kristian Bergström, assisted by Victor Sköld. The teams kept battling hard, and it was Åtvidabergs FF that took the lead in the 62nd minute when John Owoeri sent the ball into the net following a nice pass from Bergström.

However, Djurgården showed why they are higher up in the standings, and just two minutes later, Nyasha Mushekwi managed to equalize to 2-2 with a header from Haris Radetinac. The match was now fully underway, and both teams continued to play offensively. Åtvidabergs FF substituted Simon Skrabb for Ruben Lameiras, and Djurgården brought in Jesper Karlström for Kevin Walker.

In the 85th minute, the decisive goal came – once again it was Nyasha Mushekwi who headed the ball in for the visiting Djurgården. Åtvidabergs FF desperately tried to equalize, but they couldn’t manage it, and the match ended 2-3.
