AIK won Sunday’s match in Allsvenskan against Helsingborgs IF with a score of 3-1 at the National Arena in Friends Arena in front of an audience of 12,512 people. Referee Markus Strömbergsson officiated the match with his assistant referees Peter Allheim and Joakim Flink.

The match began with a tough start and a low press from both teams. Helsingborgs IF’s Robin Simovic received a yellow card after 36 minutes, and a few minutes later, AIK was awarded a penalty which Nabil Bahoui converted into a goal. However, Helsingborgs IF quickly responded and equalized through Robin Simovic in the 42nd minute, assisted by Emil Krafth. Before halftime, we saw a substitution from Helsingborg's side as Carl Johansson replaced Jere Uronen.

AIK started the second half strongly, and after four minutes Anton Salétros received a yellow card. After 67 minutes, Bahoui struck again, and AIK scored their second goal, assisted by Salétros. Bahoui received a yellow card just two minutes later. Helsingborgs IF’s Astrit Ajdarevic substituted for Johan Mårtensson, while AIK replaced Nabil Bahoui and Anton Salétros with Fredrik Brustad and Dickson Etuhu.

In the 77th minute, AIK scored their third goal through Mohamed Bangura, assisted by Alessandro Silva Pereira. Helsingborgs IF’s Peter Larsson was sent off in the 90th minute, and AIK made a final substitution with Sam Lundholm replacing Bangura in the closing minutes. The final result was 3-1 to AIK, who increased their points total in Allsvenskan.
