On Monday evening, the two Stockholm clubs AIK and Djurgården faced off at Friends Arena in front of an impressive crowd of 39,387 spectators. The match was officiated by referee Markus Strömbergsson, assisted by Daniel Gustavsson and Magnus Sjöblom.
The match started evenly, with both teams battling for control, but it was AIK who had the first major incident when Noah Sonko Sundberg received a red card after 32 minutes, leaving his team at a numerical disadvantage. Nevertheless, AIK continued to fight and had several dangerous chances, including one through Johan Blomberg, who was substituted just before halftime.

Nils-Eric Johansson received a warning in injury time for AIK.
