Match in Allsvenskan 2015

IF Elfsborg took a convincing victory over Djurgården at home on Sunday evening. Perhaps the most important aspect was that the team created chances and scored goals, which had been a problem earlier in the season. Viktor Prodell scored two goals and was the one to put the home team in the lead after 21 minutes of play, following a fine pass from Simon Hedlund.
Djurgården tried to find their way back into the match and brought on Alexander Faltsetas at halftime, but Elfsborg continued to dominate. Prodell scored his second goal in the 59th minute, this time after a great cross from Niklas Gunnarsson.
Djurgården's Sam Garyahzon Johnson received a yellow card after 67 minutes, and Sebastian Andersson was substituted in as a last attempt to create goal-scoring opportunities. However, there were no more goals in the match, and Elfsborg was able to keep Djurgården at bay until the final whistle. IF Elfsborg won the match 2-0 in front of 10,396 spectators at Borås Arena.
