Gefle IF FF desperately tried to equalize and substituted Jacob Ericsson for Jens Portin in the 73rd minute, but despite several attempts, they failed to score.
Both teams made further substitutions towards the end of the match, but with little effect. However, Joakim Nilsson received a yellow card in the 87th minute.
The match ended 2-1 in favor of GIF Sundsvall, and the players celebrated by thanking the fans for their support.
