IFK Göteborg secured a well-deserved away victory against Falkenbergs FF. It was a close first half where both teams had opportunities to score, but it was IFK Göteborg that came out on top. After half an hour of play, two yellow cards were issued, first to Falkenberg's Hakeem Araba and then to IFK Göteborg's Gustav Engvall.
