It was a sunny afternoon at Tele2 Arena when Hammarby hosted Helsingborgs IF in an exciting match in the Allsvenskan. In front of over 20,000 spectators, the teams fought for three points.

The match started with a wonderful energy from both teams, and the play swung back and forth. Already after four minutes, the first goal came, and it was Helsingborgs IF that took the lead with a header from Carl Johansson, assisted by Martin Christensen.

But Hammarby would not give up. Just two minutes later, Erik Israelsson equalized with a fine pass from Birkir Mar Saevarsson. The home team continued to press, and after 20 minutes, Erik Israelsson scored his second goal of the day after a nice attacking play, giving Hammarby a 2-1 lead.

Helsingborgs IF tried to respond but struggled to find the net at Tele2 Arena. After 52 minutes, Hammarby extended their lead when Alexssander Medeiros De Azeredo scored. Helsingborgs IF tried to introduce fresh legs, but it had no effect, and just a few minutes later, Hammarby brought in Romulo Cabral Pereira Pinto.

With just over ten minutes left to play, we saw a brilliant performance from Hammarby's Måns Söderqvist, who, after a nice ball from Erik Israelsson, increased the lead to 4-1. Helsingborgs IF was frustrated, and in the end, Frederik Hellstrup Jensen received a yellow card.

But Hammarby wasn't done yet and wanted more goals. With just a few minutes remaining, Erik Israelsson scored his third goal of the day, leading to a high-scoring 5-1. Hammarby finished the match by bringing in Kennedy Bakircioglu.

Glenn Nyberg was the main referee, with Björn Lindroth and Mahbod Beigi as the assistant referees. There was a crowd of over 20,516 people at Tele2 Arena who witnessed an exciting afternoon match where Hammarby was stronger than Helsingborgs IF.
