It was an exciting match between BK Häcken and Helsingborgs IF at Bravida Arena on Sunday evening, where the teams shared the points after a closely contested battle. In front of a crowd of 2,612, we saw an encounter where the visiting team, Helsingborgs IF, took the lead as early as the first minute through Anton Wede.
However, BK Häcken showed character and managed to equalize through John Owoeri in the 16th minute, assisted by Samuel Gustafson. Both teams fought hard to regain the lead, but despite some dangerous moments for both goalkeepers, neither side was able to find the net again for the remainder of the match.
Referee Mohammed Al-Hakim had a lot to keep an eye on, and the result perhaps reflects the even flow of the match – three yellow cards for Helsingborgs IF players compared to two for the home team. BK Häcken's Joel Andersson also received a red card in the 69th minute, which significantly weakened the team.
Both teams made substitutions during the match, with Egzon Binaku making his debut for BK Häcken. Meanwhile, they battled on with the energy they had left among the remaining players. But despite both BK Häcken and Helsingborg IF's defenses standing strong, in the end, it was just one point for each team as the match finished 1-1.
