In a packed Bravida Arena, BK Häcken faced IFK Göteborg in a highly anticipated match in the Allsvenskan. Referee Andreas Ekberg kicked off the match precisely at 19:00.

IFK Göteborg took an early lead when Emil Salomonsson scored a penalty in the 15th minute, and it looked like it was going to be a difficult evening for the home team.
