AIK continued their strong form by defeating Djurgården 3-0 at Tele2 Arena in front of a crowd of 22,197 spectators. Alexander Isak maintained his impressive season and opened the scoring for the away team after 15 minutes of play, following a fine assist from Ebenezer Ofori. Djurgården tried to find an equalizer but instead watched as AIK increased their lead in the 65th minute with a header goal from Alexander Isak again, this time assisted by Stefan Ishizaki. Djurgården received two yellow cards in quick succession when Mathias Ranégie and Tim Björkström were both booked around the 68th minute. AIK then extended their lead in the 76th minute with a goal from Chinedu Ogbuke Obasi before Djurgården substituted both Ranégie and Othman El Kabir. AIK later made another substitution when John Chibuike replaced the standout player of the match, Alexander Isak, while Djurgården brought in Daniel Mikal Aas Berntsen for El Kabir. Ebenezer Ofori received a yellow card in the 82nd minute, before Amin Affane came on in the final minutes for AIK, while Kebba Ceesay received a yellow card in the third minute of stoppage time for Djurgården. AIK continues to hold a top position in the league table while Djurgården is still fighting to climb up the standings.
