Jönköpings Södra IF faced Malmö FF at home on Saturday evening in a match filled with excitement and drama. Malmö FF took the lead after just 19 minutes when Anders Bleg Christiansen scored after a lovely pass from Anton Tinnerholm.
However, Jönköpings Södra IF lifted their game and fought their way back into the match. In the 52nd minute, Tommy Thelin delivered a great pass to Dzenis Kozica, who found the net, leveling the score at 1-1.
But the joy for the home team was short-lived when Erdal Rakip scored Malmö's second goal in the 62nd minute after a fine pass from Pawel Cibicki.
Jönköpings Södra IF desperately tried to equalize, but despite several dangerous chances, they couldn't get the ball into the net. Malmö FF held on and won the match 2-1.
