It was time for an exciting encounter between IK Sirius FK and BK Häcken at Studenternas in the Allsvenskan. 5,324 eager fans had gathered to follow the match, with Johan Hamlin as the main referee and Mikael Hallin and Per Rehnlund as assistant referees.

It was BK Häcken who took the lead through Nasiru Mohammed, who found the net in the 26th minute, assisted by Alexander Farnerud. However, the joy was short-lived as Mohammed received his second yellow card and was sent off just five minutes later.

In the second half, IK Sirius FK managed to equalize when Jesper Arvidsson headed in a ball, assisted by Christer Gustafsson, in the 47th minute. BK Häcken regained the lead in the 72nd minute through Juhani Ojala, who headed in a ball after an assist from Daleho Irandust. But Sirius FK fought back, and Shkodran Maholli was able to head in a ball in the 75th minute, resulting in a 2-2 draw.

Shortly after, Alexander Faltsetas received a yellow card for BK Häcken, and Kim Skoglund was cautioned for IK Sirius FK. Due to fatigue and several injuries, some substitutions were also made by both teams.

The match was full of excitement, and the pace was high throughout the game. Neither team managed to claim victory, but it was a wonderful experience for the audience and a strong result for both teams.
