It was Sunday afternoon and Guldfågeln Arena in Kalmar was filled with fans ready for an exciting encounter between Kalmar FF and IFK Gothenburg. Referee Patrik Eriksson and his assistants Daniel Gustavsson and Daniel Ekman had full control of the game as the match kicked off at 15:00.

A season attendance record was set as 9,330 people showed up to cheer on their favorite teams. The match was evenly contested from start to finish, but it was Kalmar FF who felt they had a better chance of taking home the victory.

It wasn't until the 67th minute that the first substitution occurred, with Mahmoud Eid coming on for Jonathan Ring in the Kalmar FF side. This was followed by several substitutions for both teams. Romario Marques Rodrigues was substituted in for Erton Fejzullahu for Kalmar FF, and for IFK Gothenburg, Elías Már Ómarsson came on for Mikael Boman.

With just a few minutes left in the match, Kalmar FF won a free kick and it was Viktor Elm who scored in the 94th minute with a header after an assist from Ismael Silva Lima. The crowd exploded with joy as the referee blew the final whistle, and Kalmar FF won 1-0.

IFK Gothenburg fans were disappointed, but Kalmar FF fans could not have been happier. Victor Elm was pleasantly surprised that he managed to score with a header and thanked Ismael Silva Lima for the assist.

It was an exciting match for everyone in attendance, and for Kalmar FF, an unforgettable victory against IFK Gothenburg.
