In the sixth round of Allsvenskan, BK Häcken faced AIK at Bravida Arena in front of a somewhat impressive crowd of 3,578 people. Referee Stefan Johannesson blew the whistle to start the match at 5:30 PM on Sunday afternoon.

It was AIK who set the tone immediately in the match, and after 25 minutes of play, they took the lead with a header from Per Karlsson, assisted by Kristoffer Olsson. Just two minutes later, Daniel Sundgren added a header after a nice cross from Stefan Ishizaki, extending AIK's lead to 0 - 2. Nicolas Stefanelli scored the next goal for AIK after a rebound from Häcken's goalkeeper, assisted by Rasmus Lindkvist. Almost immediately after, however, BK Häcken reduced the deficit through Nasiru Mohammed, bringing the score to 1 - 3. But the joy was short-lived as Rasmus Lindkvist quickly restored AIK’s three-goal lead with an assist from Johan Blomberg.

The second half started much like the first, with AIK as the stronger team. After a quarter of an hour, AIK substituted Denni Avdic for Nicolas Stefanelli. Daniel Sundgren netted his second goal of the match, assisted by Johan Blomberg, making it 1 - 5 for AIK. BK Häcken desperately tried to change the course of the match and made their second substitution by bringing in Daleho Irandust for Ahmed Yasin. However, all defensive efforts from the home team proved futile, and in the 77th minute, Rasmus Lindkvist scored his second goal of the day, which was also the last goal of the match, leading to a harsh defeat for BK Häcken at 1 - 6.

The match concluded with AIK making three late substitutions: Simon Thern and Amin Affane came on, while Stefan Ishizaki and Kristoffer Olsson left the pitch. With this victory, AIK maintains its top position in Allsvenskan, while BK Häcken will continue to struggle to regain their form.
