A fantastic evening at Swedbank Stadion where Malmö FF crushed IF Elfsborg in a match that ended 6-0, putting Malmö at the top of the table. Already in the ninth minute, Elfsborg suffered an own goal that set Malmö on the right track. Referee Andreas Ekberg ensured that the match flowed smoothly, issuing warnings to both the home and away teams throughout the game.

In the 35th minute, Elfsborg's Joakim Nilsson received a warning, only to get another warning and a red card just 23 minutes later. Markus Rosenberg scored a penalty in the 53rd minute, making it Malmö's third goal. And when Jørgen Horn was sent off, the match seemed completely decided.
