The sports park was full when GIF Sundsvall faced Hammarby in the Allsvenskan on Sunday afternoon. GIF Sundsvall made some substitutions but failed to turn the match around. Instead, Hammarby’s Bjørn Paulsen extended their lead to 3-1 in the 68th minute.

Despite the efforts from GIF Sundsvall, who continued to try to create scoring chances, it was Hammarby who sealed the result with a fourth goal in the 90th minute. Arnór Smárason scored the goal, assisted by Sander Svendsen, who thus had a complete performance for Hammarby.

The match ended 1-4 in favor of Hammarby, who went home with three points and a solid victory after a strong second half. GIF Sundsvall returned home empty-handed, despite their promising start. The audience was impressed by both teams' performances and concluded the afternoon with a well-deserved applause.
