Hammarby secured a strong victory at home against GIF Sundsvall with a score of 4-3 at Tele2 Arena in front of a large crowd of over 25,000 spectators. Early in the match, Hammarby showed their dominance when Pa Amat Dibba scored the opening goal in the 15th minute. Nikola Djurdjic, who would also prove to be a hero of the match, provided a fine assist for the goal.

Just a few minutes later, Djurdjic received a yellow card, but that didn't deter the home team. Dibba once again found the net in the 35th minute, extending Hammarby's lead to 2-0, with Djurdjic providing another assist. Before the halftime break, Jiloan Mohamed Hamad also assisted Djurdjic, who scored the third goal in the 37th minute to make it 3-0.

Sundsvall attempted to get back into the match with an early substitution, but it was Hammarby that continued to dominate. Dibba completed his hat trick in the 56th minute with yet another assist from Djurdjic. Hammarby then stepped up their defensive play and made a few substitutions, while Sundsvall struggled to find a way back into the game.

Eventually, the away team managed to reduce the deficit to 4-1 in the 73rd minute when David Batanero Puigbó scored, assisted by Linus Hallenius. However, it would take until the 80th minute for Sundsvall to score again, this time through Romain Gall, also with an assist from Hallenius. A nervous atmosphere spread throughout Tele2 Arena as Sundsvall narrowed the gap once more—first to 4-2 and then to the final score of 4-3 with Gall's second goal in the 84th minute.

But Hammarby held on and was able to slow the game down at the end to secure the three points and maintain their strong position in Allsvenskan. It was an enjoyable and entertaining match with plenty of goals, chances, and drama—just what football is all about.
