Örebro and IF Elfsborg met in an exciting Allsvenskan match on Sunday afternoon at Behrn Arena. The match attracted over 5,000 spectators, and the referee for the day was Magnus Lindgren, assisted by Mikael Hallin and Niklas Nyberg.

During the first half, Örebro substituted Brendan Hines-Ike and brought in Eddie Albin Alexander Granlund, which gave the team a boost. It didn't take long before Nordin Gerzic received a yellow card, and Simon Lundevall from IF Elfsborg received the same at the end of the half.
