Hammarby won a decisive victory at home against Dalkurd on Monday evening, with nearly 20,000 spectators at Tele2 Arena. Hammarby started strong, and Nikola Djurdjic scored his first goal of the match already in the 13th minute, assisted by Bjørn Paulsen. Muamer Tankovic increased the lead to 2-0 in the 17th minute, with Vivaldo Borges dos Santos Neto providing the assist. Djurdjic scored his second goal of the match after 36 minutes with a header from a corner by Paulsen.
Jiloan Mohamed Hamad scored the fourth goal for Hammarby in the 43rd minute, assisted by Jeppe Andrup Andersen. Dalkurd brought in Rawez Lawan in the second half after substituting Robin Tranberg, but it did not help turn the game in their favor. Hammarby substituted Mads Fenger Nielsen for Simon Sandberg in the 45th minute.
Hammarby made two more substitutions during the match; Mats Goberg Solheim came on for Bjørn Paulsen in the 60th minute and Leo Bengtsson replaced Sander Svendsen in the 64th minute. Solheim received a yellow card in the 72nd minute for an illegal tackle.
Dalkurd scored their only goal of the match in the 84th minute, with a shot from Mohamed Buya Turay. Lawan received a yellow card after the goal for an illegal entry. Hammarby won the match 4-1, and the players and fans celebrated a well-deserved victory at Tele2 Arena.
