BK Häcken won a tough match against IK Sirius FK with a score of 2-1 at the Bravida Arena. The match came to life after 21 minutes, when BK Häcken took the lead 1-0 with a beautiful goal from Daleho Irandust, assisted by Paulo José De Oliveira.
IK Sirius FK tried to respond but received a warning for aggressive play after 27 minutes, when Christer Gustafsson collided with an opponent. However, Sirius continued to press and managed to equalize to 1-1 through Sam Lundholm on a pass from Gustafsson after 38 minutes.
The second half started with high tempo and BK Häcken took control of the game, scoring 2-1 from a goal by Paulo José De Oliveira, assisted by Adam Andersson after 56 minutes.
IK Sirius FK substituted Niklas Thor for Robert Åhman Persson in hopes of putting pressure on Häcken for an equalizing goal but were unsuccessful. They made two more substitutions, bringing on Moses Orwohicho Ogbu for Jonas Lindberg and Abdoul Razak for Mohammed Khalid Saeid in a last attempt to salvage a point, but BK Häcken were too strong.
BK Häcken brought on Gustav Berggren for Viktor Lundberg after 68 minutes and then Kari Arkivuo for Godswill Ekpolo Egbulu after 80 minutes. Juhani Ojala came on for Daleho Irandust after 81 minutes.
The match ended in a well-deserved victory for BK Häcken, who maintained their position in the middle of the table in Allsvenskan. The crowd was not very large but could still enjoy an exciting match and happy players. Referee Magnus Lindgren and his assistant referees Stefan Hallberg and Daniel Ekman did a great job maintaining order in a game that never became too rough.
