In the 62nd minute, GIF Sundsvall made their first substitution when Jonathan Morsay came on for Dennis Olsson. However, GIF Sundsvall still could not find an equalizer, and in the 77th minute, Dalkurd made their first substitution when Ahmed Awad came on for Alexander Ekblad.

In the final minute of stoppage time, Dalkurd made their last substitution, with Peshraw Azizi coming on for Ferhad Ayaz. The match ended 1-0 in favor of Dalkurd, and GIF Sundsvall finished the season in eighth place in the table, while Dalkurd moved up to second to last place.
