It was an exciting match at Bravida Arena as BK Häcken hosted league leaders Helsingborgs IF on Saturday afternoon in front of a crowd of 4,548. Before the match, the visitors led the table while the home team Häcken was in eighth place.
The match began fairly evenly, with both teams trying to settle into the game. After half an hour of play, Häcken made a substitution as Gustav Berggren replaced Erik Friberg. Helsingborg responded immediately by substituting Andri Rúnar Bjarnason for Kundai Benyu.

With only four minutes remaining, Helsingborg's Mamudu Moro scored a beautiful goal following an assist from Adam Eriksson, thus reducing the lead. It created an exciting finish, but Häcken managed to hold on and win the match 2-1.
Mervan Celik came on for Häcken in the second half and finished the match after being substituted in for Ahmed Yasin in the second minute of stoppage time.
Referee Victor Wolf and his assistant referees Fredrik Klyver and Johan Thalin kept a close eye on the game throughout and did a great job. The home team Häcken succeeded in defeating league leaders Helsingborgs IF and provided the audience with an unforgettable afternoon at Bravida Arena.
