IFK Norrköping FK continued to show their dominance in Allsvenskan as they confidently defeated Östersund 3-0 at Platinumcars Arena on Sunday evening. Jordan Larsson scored the first goal in the 42nd minute, giving the home team a 1-0 lead before halftime. Just two minutes later, Kalle Holmberg extended Norrköping's lead with a perfect goal assisted by Christoffer Nyman.

Östersund got a bit of hope at the start of the second half when Noah Sonko Sundberg received a yellow card from referee Kristoffer Karlsson. However, Norrköping continued to push forward, and in the 49th minute, Christoffer Nyman scored from close range after a nice pass from Alexander Fransson.

Östersund desperately tried to get back into the game and made two substitutions at halftime, but could not capitalize on Norrköping's strong defense. They made another substitution in the 70th minute and went all out on the attack, but Ian Rey Smith Quiros sealed the match by having Lars Christian Krogh Gerson substituted in the 78th minute.

The match ended with an impressive result for the home team, positively affecting their position in the standings. Norrköping can now proudly state that they are in good form and are eager to continue showcasing their capabilities. Östersund, on the other hand, needs to regroup and ensure that they work harder to achieve better results in the future.
