Hammarby really showcased their offense as they defeated IFK Göteborg 6-2 on Sunday afternoon at Tele2 Arena. Vladimir Rodic scored the first goal of the match just two minutes in, and Darijan Bojanic quickly doubled the lead in the seventh minute, both with assists from Rodic. Imad Khalili netted Hammarby's third goal in the 13th minute with an assist from Simon Sandberg.

IFK Göteborg had a chance to catch up when Giorgi Kharaishvili scored his first goal in the 19th minute, but it wasn’t enough to stop Hammarby's momentum. Richard Magyar scored Hammarby's fourth goal in the 55th minute, while Kharaishvili responded with his second goal for IFK Göteborg in the 57th minute from a free kick.

However, it was Hammarby's day, and the team maintained their high intensity. Mads Fenger Nielsen scored Hammarby's fifth goal in the 61st minute, and Mats Goberg Solheim came on to replace Jeppe Andrup Andersen in the 67th minute. IFK Göteborg brought in Sargon Abraham for Robin Söder in the 70th minute, but it didn’t help, as Muamer Tankovic fought in Hammarby's sixth goal in the 85th minute with an assist from Serge-Junior Martinsson Ngouali.
