Hammarby had a convincing victory in Wednesday's Allsvenskan match against IK Sirius FK at Studenternas. The match began at a fast pace, with both teams battling to score the first goal. Hammarby's Jeppe Andrup Andersen was heading towards goal in the 33rd minute when he was brought down by a Sirius defender and received a yellow card.

It wasn't until the 53rd minute that Hammarby managed to score the first goal of the match. Serge-Junior Martinsson Ngouali made a great run and placed the ball behind the goalkeeper. Sirius tried to get back into the game and made two quick substitutions in the 73rd minute. It didn't help much. A couple of minutes later, in the 74th minute, Muamer Tankovic stepped up and scored the third goal for Hammarby. Darijan Bojanic provided the pass.

Sirius continued to fight and were rewarded in the 85th minute when Elias Andersson scored their only goal with a pass from Philip Haglund. Although Sirius made a final push and finished the match strongly, Hammarby managed to hold on for a convincing victory.

Referee Magnus Lindgren officiated a good match, and the Hammarby players were pleased with the win. Hammarby's coach Stefan Billborn was more than satisfied with his team's performance and praised the team's defense, the security in their passing game, and their ability to transition play. The match concluded with an attendance of 6,035, and Hammarby celebrated on the field, happy with the victory.
