Match report: IF Elfsborg - Mjällby AIF (2-2)

It was an exciting match between IF Elfsborg and Mjällby AIF in the Allsvenskan on Thursday evening. The match was played at Borås Arena in front of zero spectators due to current circumstances. The referee for the evening was Granit Maqedonci, assisted by Niklas Nyberg and Daniel Yng.

Mjällby AIF started the match strongly, taking the lead in the eighth minute through an own goal by IF Elfsborg. Mjällby played the ball into the penalty area, and after a misjudgment from an Elfsborg player, the ball found its way into the net. A tough start for the home team.
