On Saturday, Djurgården faced IF Brommapojkarna at Tele2 Arena in front of an audience of 22,273. Referee Andreas Ekberg and his assistants Mehmet Culum and Niklas Nyberg officiated the match in Allsvenskan.

The match got heated, and Hampus Finndell received a yellow card in the 56th minute. Djurgården's Rasmus Schüller was cautioned in the 73rd minute.

In the 75th minute, Djurgården substituted Joel Asoro for Victor Edvardsen, and IF Brommapojkarna brought in Liam Jordan for Marijan Cosic in the 81st minute.
