Malmö FF continued to dominate the match, and in the 38th minute, they scored their second goal. Once again, Veljko Birmancevic was in the spotlight, this time with an assist from Sebastian Nanasi. The goal was beautiful, and the home team now had a comfortable lead of 2-0.
At halftime, Mjällby AIF made two substitutions to try to get back into the match. Ivan Kričak came on for Jetmir Haliti, and David Löfquist replaced Chriss-Albin Mörfelt. Malmö FF also made two substitutions at halftime, bringing in Ismael Diawara for Johan Dahlin and Chibuike Silas Nwankwo in place of Rasmus Wiedesheim-Paul for Mjällby AIF.

The last minute became tense as Sebastian Nanasi of Malmö FF received a warning. But Malmö FF held on and won the match with a score of 2-0. The home fans cheered, and Malmö FF maintained their unbeaten status in the league.
