AIK won the derby against Djurgården 2-0 after two goals from Ioannis Pittas. The match was played at Friends Arena in Solna in front of an audience of 41,327 people.

AIK started the match strongly and had several dangerous attacks in the first half, but they were unable to score. In the second half, it was Pittas who opened the scoring for AIK in the 52nd minute. He received a nice pass from Dino Besirovic and was able to easily place the ball in the net.

After the goal, Djurgården tried to get back into the match, but AIK's defense held firm. Djurgården made several substitutions in an attempt to find the right combination but could not threaten AIK's goal.

In the 90th minute, Pittas scored his second goal of the day, this time from a pass by Rui Manuel Muati Modesto. Djurgården was still trying to get a consolation goal, but it was too late. AIK won the match 2-0, thus securing an important victory in the derby.
