On Sunday afternoon, Tyresö FF hosted Sunnanå SK at Tyresövallen in front of over 1,000 spectators. The match started evenly, but it was the home team that took the lead in the 14th minute through Madelaine Edlund. Tyresö continued to dominate and increased their lead with two more goals before halftime.
The second half began in a similar manner to the first, and just two minutes in, Azra Durakovic scored and extended the lead to 5-0. Tyresö showed no signs of slowing down, and Durakovic scored her second goal of the match just five minutes later.
Sunnanå attempted a few substitutions to try and turn the match around, but it was too late in the game. Josefin Johansson scored a consolation goal for Sunnanå in the 70th minute, but Tyresö finished the match strongly and celebrated a convincing 6-1 victory.
With this win, Tyresö FF stands in fifth place in the Damallsvenskan, while Sunnanå SK is in tenth place. Tyresö's next match is away against Göteborg FC, while Sunnanå SK will host Djurgårdens IF at home at Skellefteå Kraft Arena.
