Tyresö FF had no trouble defeating Djurgården away from home on Thursday evening in a match that appeared very even beforehand. Madelaine Edlund opened the scoring for the visitors in the 29th minute, assisted by Josefine Öqvist. Karin Lissel followed up with a goal in the 39th minute, which made it difficult for Djurgården to recover.
The second half continued in the same vein, with an exciting match where both teams worked hard to make progress. Natalia Fuentes came close to narrowing the gap for Djurgården when she threatened the goal in the 59th minute, but the Tyresö FF defense managed to fend off the attempt. Karin Lissel remained calm despite receiving a yellow card in the 67th minute.
In the 72nd minute, Tyresö FF made a substitution, while Djurgården changed players shortly thereafter. However, it was Tyresö that took control, and Katrin Schmidt scored the team's third goal in the 76th minute, which definitely diminished Djurgården's chances of earning points.
Tyresö FF brought in two more substitutes in the closing minutes to hold and increase their lead, while Djurgården continued to fight but it was too little and too late. Tyresö FF ultimately won 3-0 in a well-fought match where the away team capitalized on their chances and kept the Djurgården players in check.
