An intense and entertaining match was played at Malmö IP between LdB FC Malmö and Kristianstads DFF. The first goal came just 5 minutes in when Kristianstad's Margrét Vidarsdóttir scored after a nice pass from Johanna Rasmussen. However, the home team responded quickly, and after 31 minutes, Therese Sjögran equalized following a collaboration with Caroline Seger.
Just a minute later, LdB FC Malmö took the lead through Gabriella Maria Melis. Kristianstad attempted to work their way back into the match but faced difficulties when Sandra Betschart and Sif Atladottir both received yellow cards.
