LdB FC Malmö took a convincing victory at home on Malmö IP when they faced Linköping FC in the Damallsvenskan. The match started evenly with both teams trying to take control of the game. However, it was the home team that would first find the reward when Anja Mittag scored 1-0 after a nice pass from Ramona Bachmann in the 20th minute.

LdB FC Malmö continued to press on and expanded their lead in the 28th minute when Gabriella Maria Melis redirected a fine pass from Sara Björk Gunnarsdóttir. Before halftime, the home team scored another goal when Ramona Bachmann, who had previously assisted for a goal, herself made it 3-0 after a great assist from Therese Sjögran.

In the second half, Linköping FC tried to get back into the match, but LdB FC Malmö defended well and kept the visitors at bay. After an hour of play, LdB FC Malmö made their first substitution when Katrine Veje replaced Gabriella Maria Melis.

The visitors tried to change the momentum with a substitution in the 76th minute when Maja Krantz came on for Jonna Andersson. But it wouldn't help Linköping FC, as they would instead watch the home team score their fourth and final goal of the match when Katrin Schmidt completed a nice attack with a well-placed shot in the 87th minute.

The match ended 4-0 in favor of LdB FC Malmö, who could celebrate after a well-played match with strong performances from several of the team's players. The audience at Malmö IP was also satisfied and had given the home team good support throughout the match.
