On a rainy Wednesday evening, AIK faced Piteå IF at Skytteholm IP in front of 321 spectators. AIK, bottom of the table, faced a tough challenge against Piteå IF, who were in 7th place.

Already after 15 minutes, Piteå took the lead through Pauline Hammarlund, assisted by Ronja Aronsson. AIK tried to equalize but struggled to create dangerous goal-scoring opportunities. At halftime, a substitution was made where Elin Bragnum replaced Daniella Novakovic in AIK.
