Linköping FC had a tough start to the match when FC Rosengård took the lead just four minutes into the game. Lieke Martens scored the goal to make it 0-1 for the away team. FC Rosengård continued to press on, and just a minute later, Lotta Schelin doubled the lead to 0-2 with Sanne Troelsgaard providing the assist.

Linköping tried to get back into the match and made an early substitution with Emmaliina Tulkki replacing Jessica Wik in the 19th minute. However, FC Rosengård continued to dominate, and in the 34th minute, Ella Masar scored to make it 0-3 for the visitors.

At halftime, Linköping made another substitution when Alva Selerud came on for Lina Hurtig. The pattern of the match remained the same in the second half, with FC Rosengård having several opportunities to extend their lead.
