Kristianstads DFF faced FC Rosengård at Vilans IP A-plan in an exciting match in the Damallsvenskan. In front of an audience of 1,112, the match started with a tense atmosphere as both teams were eager to secure a good result. Referee Alexander Eriksson officiated the match with the assistance of Camilla Stendahl and Anela Aganspahic.

FC Rosengård received an early warning in the fifteenth minute when Glodis Perla Viggosdottir committed a rough tackle. Six minutes later, Kristianstads DFF took the lead through Alice Nilsson, who scored the goal after a nice assist from Amanda Edgren.

Rosengård fought to come back and finally equalized in the thirty-fifth minute when Caroline Seger headed the ball in after a pass from Iva Landeka.

Tine Schryvers scored Kristianstad’s second goal from a free kick in the 54th minute, giving the team the lead once again. Rosengård gave their all to equalize again, but despite several dangerous chances, they failed to find the back of the net.

During the match, both FC Rosengård’s Anita Asante and Kristianstad’s Rita Chikwelu received warnings. Jenna Hellstrom was substituted in for Rosengård in the 68th minute and Evelina Duljan for Kristianstad in the 73rd. Hanna Folkesson was substituted out for Rosengård in the 83rd minute in favor of Andrea Thorisson, and Kajsa Törnkvist was brought in for Kristianstad in the 88th minute in place of Ogonna Chukwudi.
