In the 58th minute, Alexandra Jonasson and Jonna Ståhl were substituted, and Växjö changed their tactics. Despite making another substitution, and Piteå also bringing in two players in the 68th and 69th minutes, neither team scored again.

Towards the end of the match, Växjö earned several corners, which put pressure on Piteå, forcing them to fight to keep the ball away from their goal. But by the end of the match, no more goals were scored, and Piteå could take home the three important points after a tough match.
