Enskede IK defeated Tyresö FF 4-0 in Sunday’s match in Division 1 Mellersta for women at Enskede IP 2.
The match began with great intensity as both teams fought hard for the lead. After 25 minutes, Tyresö FF took the lead thanks to an own goal from Enskede, which gave them a much-needed boost in confidence.
During the first half, the match evolved into a very physical battle, featuring several tough tackles and crucial saves from both sides. Emma Kimell from Enskede received a yellow card for a hard tackle on a Tyresö player just before halftime.
In the second half, Enskede demonstrated their superiority by scoring two goals within the span of a minute. First, Kimell struck with a well-placed shot, and then she followed it up with a brilliant goal just seconds later.
Tyresö substituted Emma Åström for Elsa Bengtsson, but it didn’t help as Enskede continued to dominate the match. In the 81st minute, Kimell increased her tally by scoring her third goal of the day, completing a hat trick.
Olivia Nyberg replaced Tilda Hedell for Enskede, and the team finished the match impressively. Isabella Praneetphonkrang came on for Tilda Krusnell, and together with Kimell and the rest of the team, they managed to conclude the match with a resounding 4-0 victory.
Enskede IK strengthened their position in 6th place in the table while Tyresö FF remains in 10th place. Referee Mimmi Damtew and assistant referees Erik Appelqvist and Tomasz Konopka officiated the match objectively and kept a good overview of the game. The attendance of 56 spectators was less than the organizers had hoped for, but those who were there were treated to an entertaining football match.
